Hey Mags, I've always agreed with you on that. Saw it coming actually, as indicators do point to ENZC being a real company with a real cure/solution aspiring to their goal. However, to get there, I don't see any indications that ENZC is concerned with any of their past promises, which we've also discussed at length.
I never believed it was NDA's, I only used that mention in discussing with someone else, how I felt pure blind optimism was/is unwarranted at this point.
I think maybe CC is not so good, or too greedy a negotiator, to get direct funding from any conventional funding source. Which is why a dirty SPAC deal like Sagaliam is his preferred way to go. Like you, I wonder just how far back he and Koskinen go.
One entertaining idea someone on this board flew by, was that the entire SAGA SPAC deal fallout was to attract other funding sources' eyes, so that someone else would get tempted to step in.
Personally, I'd find 10 fast volunteers to undergo both Clone3 and Clone7 treatments as their final, private Stage II trials, and parade them around the usual funding targets to close a decent deal. Over in Europe, this angle was allegedly to have been done by now, and as funding came in, final Stage 3 and 4 trials could commence and complete while EU EMA approvals were imminent.
My only bet is, if ENZC is real, then no investors like Charles, or they feel what he has can be reverse-engineered fairly easily. They'd offer funding at that point, and on their terms, not Charles, to avoid patent litigation and just keep moving on in control. They could also be all waiting on seeing if ENZC actually gets the patents approved and signed-off on.
With all of the corruption investigations targeting big pharma right now, the time is right to locate a decent funding party who wants to get rich, that does not have critical ties to Pfizer or Moderna, who have a lot of whistle-blowers coming out of the woodwork right now. That one guy Tucker Carlson just had on, could slice up Pfizer with his own testimony and materials.
