Once again the authorized shares mean nothing! Outstanding share count is all that matters! ABQQ has millions in revenue flowing in, and are buying shares back, and reducing the outstanding shares! Your statement makes absolutely no sense, once again! Why on earth would the company want to dilute, when they have a 10 million dollar line of credit, millions in revenues, and are buying back shares?
