You are right, footnote (1) states: 1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price; the shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $70.78 to $71.3999, inclusive.

No mention of compensation plan as in previous filings from other BOD members. Nice!

I didn't see any mention of it being a compensation on the filing. Possible I missed it.

Looked again.. don't see it. If I'm not mistaken, they will specify on the filing if it was compensation.
