Oil price can't stay up with so little

refining and high production...

Wholesale gasoline prices for April

and May have went up at breakneck

paces in past 2 weeks...Maybe at

10 to 1 pace above oil price rise...

yesterday...

Seemed high with another cold

weekend ahead,

but I know they are pumping up prices

for no reason now...
