Thanks Kab the numbers seem to fit with my thesis or hypothesis.

Clearly, I have said all along that it is possible given the numbers and the amount he sold to pay taxes. I’d like to think it was not and it probably was not. I hope so.

I don’t have a lot of trust, that management will always do what’s best for retail. They got their eye on some other ball that has nothing to do with the retail or the share price or stock it seems.

All this said, I do know for sure that he sold a half 1 million shares right before a major milestone. And that did not help any of us.

In my opinion, he’s gotta go off the board.

The potty-mouth, content-free schoolyard name-calling is not an adult way to communicate. To the extent adults use it, it's low class. Why would you want to escalate disagreements to the most ad hominem possible level? It doesn't do anything to make you look smart and it undermines any good-faith attempts at communication. It's bad for your discussion and encourages the degradation of the message board. It's not clever at all and is deeply offensive no matter whom you are addressing.
