The penalty money on the DEFAULT. Don't know if they can get XERI to convert warrants for a cash settlement???? The warrants are good for 5 years so they may wait for a new owner to take over and work with them in some way. Very typical to see OLD debt to be settled with a change of MANAGEMENT. Good selling point considering the piss poor job Duffy has done. LOLOLOL
