My comment about the RS is just about the RS. There will be a dilutive effect but if they close the deal with Tekmovil and raise the 50 mil and maybe another opportunity closed… the 6.50 will be worth it. OS will probably settle around the 100-200 mil post RS with all the issuance of other stock. All my guessing but yes I agree the sp should be stable if they have all those opportunities and such.
