MAGA is correct guys, the two hard pieces of evidence we have, is that our shares will be devalued in more SAGA split modifications, and that all worthwhile properties will be under a new BGEN ticker that will probably debut at a $12.00 pps offering. (Whether under SAGA or BGEN)
Even with the death of SAGALIAM, imho, he's determined to move the value to a new ticker elsewhere and a very cheap-bribe payoff (the alleged dividend payment) to keep his common holders from suing effectively. You watch, that SAGA shares conversion may come with a document to sign, and you'd better read it very carefully first.
And please don't tell me about SAGA shares moving below $10.00 pps either, they've got low volume marks and pricing to keep it immobile and above $10.00 pps.
