Not sure what the HELL is going on.

Both companies attended the Final Pretrial Conference virtually on February 2, but all signs point to the scheduled 3-day bench trial as being CANCELED, as it no longer shows on the schedule which means it never happened - not even one day of it.

Did Purdue Not show up ?
