ENZC told us their Management was under negotiations with many possible partners. It was hopeful but never promised. The best laid plans of mice & men often go awry. It's just part of doing business. But as dedicated as they've been to ENZC all their lives, I believe ENZC Owners were trying with everything in them to take this to the Finish LIne, but for whatever reason, they couldn't come to a viable agreement with these partners that was favorable to Enzolytics. Perhaps BP's, which are notorious for being greedy, wanted too much of the pie in their negotiating. Who knows!? Perhaps the best alternative ENZC Mgt could find for funding, then, was this SAGA Deal. AT LEAST THEY TRIED, & I believe STILL ARE in case this SPAC Deal falls thru. If you believe in ENZC's science & CC's superb biomed legal & patent expertise, sit tight.
