First, it was against their own "no bonus" policy. Granted something unusual happened--they made it to Nasdaq, but for God's sake they took millions without showing that they had any right whatsoever to make it to Nasdaq. ANY company can pay a foundry to do work for them. And now here we are 2 years after the bonuses with nothing meaningful to show for it.
It was a money grab no matter how one wants to rationalize it.
