Try to plot a graph of the A2-73 and placebo responses in the same chart from week zero to 12 and by all means extrapolate it too out to say 24 weeks, so that we can truly understand what you have figured out.

Do it in such a way that we can see the placebo effect’s influence in both the drug and placebo arms.

You don’t need to use the real response figures, just illustrate the principle.

Efficacy meaning:”In medical terms, efficacy refers to the ability of a product or treatment to provide a beneficial effect.”

Up to 4 weeks, you are saying the patient benefits from the therapy. At week 5, they don’t fully benefit, but maintain…..?

So for the Rett trial participants, they are simply maintaining their level of decline, of course unless they STILL have a placebo effect….?

I’ll give up on trying to understand after this post. Everyone has their opinions and I like to have an open mind on most.
