still have questions about wade and licensing to msft, etc. did he personally gain from the licensing outside of vcsy stock ownership? who really signed off on the license agreements? did his conviction invalidate those licenses?

The terms are MSFT has an unrestricted license....period. They paid off the patent troll VCSY to avoid further litigation costs. It's funny how you want to put VCSY into everything in the world. They have nothing.
