No Doc. Wade was tried and convicted of fraud, embezzlement and theft. Period. His trial and appeal has nothing to do with the msft settlement. We gave them a “fully paid up license under the terms of the agreement “. Now what those terms are, we don’t know. But they have nothing to do with Wade’s trial. Or his appeal.
