Branding and management has been a mishmash for as long as I have followed this company.

1) The multiple web domains
2) Disjointed social media accounts
3) Inconsistent messaging, seemingly based on whether RC wanted stock price movement.
4) Lack of insight into inventory management, despite Walmart providing the tools
5) No movement into E-sports, or extreme sports sponsorships, to target younger customer base

New management should lock everyone in a room, with white boards and a ton of markers and post-it notes. A nice intervention where the info team is forced to navigate the mess of media that haunts consumers who are searching for answers. Brainstorm for days and get some alignment!
