#19936 RE: JPetroInc #19934

Yes, absolutely report those named to the SEC. I have lots of experience dealing with regulatory personnel, so I welcome their investigation into the facts here. It's not shareholders who actually purchased shares and kept abreast of and posted Todos info that should be worried. Our claims are documented here and in news releases and in our broker statements.

I believe the SEC would be very interested to follow the posting history of someone we will point out has a very spotty records of pumping certain stocks, including Amarantus, while they were flipping shares. We have the two conference call transcripts and audio recordings where this individual let himself be presented both times as a stock analyst and did nothing to correct the error.

And then there's the Come to Jesus call with the Amarantus CEO. I wonder if GC recorded that. I'm pretty sure he was recording the call I had with him as a Todos shareholder. Those recordings would be available to SEC if requested. And I'm sure if they contacted some of the Amarantus shareholders who were contacted via email and phone after that call with Gerald, they would testify this individual was trying to convince them to buy as many AMBS shares as they could. I wonder what the person's brokerage statements looked like at that time, as it is commonly believed he was unloading his shares. The reason no one followed through on his request is because by that point everyone knew he couldn't be trusted.

By all means, contact the SEC and let's get this show started.
