yeah, they intentionally drop the bid and ask right before the mms make their buys/sells/phantom NOt buy or sell orders.
Its how they've been able to consistently suppress the pps. Because they are the ones also setting the bid and the ask. They get really blatant about it too. Buys might be slapping the ask at .03 then suddenly the lowest ask is .021 and instantly filled. They do it almost daily.
