Wake us up when Niterra offers to buy SHMP for $15M…to be followed by Easterling converting the Series A shares he controls and cutting the value of SHMP bag-holder shares in half.

So far, Niterra’s nut is less than $300K. That’s a rounding error on Niterra’s balance sheet.

SHMP’s got less than 400M shares left in its treasury. That’s about $4M based on the pps. But really only $3M based on the discount currently available to GHS.
