Sorry to hear that, wantabe... I understand how hard it is to trust when you've been given hope and then nothing happens.
I suspect that Emil and the team feel the same thing. Think about the amazing courage and perseverance it's taken to continue against such powerful forces especially after the battles lost to them in the beginning. I'm so grateful for Emil's willingness to keep fighting on.

The whole PTAB thing, which took the wind out of our sails back in 2017 and for years beyond, was a complete waste of time and money... a tool of Big Tech to discourage companies like ours from fighting. We are truly blessed to have had Dr. Sawyer speak up on our behalf leading to our first IPR win. That laid the foundation for all 36/36 wins. It really cannot be understated how big a deal that is.

BUT... as critical as it's been to win the IPRs, it's not enough in itself. We have to win in the COURTS. We are blessed that we've been able to file our latest cases in the Waco court where we'll finally have the opportunity to present our case. And the Claim Construction part of that process has already demonstrated that it looks good for our case.

It's hard because no one from the company can SAY anything. Not necessarily because of NDAs but out of prudence. I'm certain that Hudnell has clamped down completely on communications to keep the opposition from having any ammunition against us.This is how the court system works these days. It's such a game.... sickening at times.

But it's even harder on us, the shareholders, because we don't KNOW what was promised or hinted or negotiated in good faith, only to have the rug pulled out again.

The one good thing about it, though, I suspect, is that Judge Albright is not happy about the delays and lame responses by the accused companies. He's seen most of our case and expert witnesses... he probably has a pretty good idea who is negotiating in good faith and who isn't. And if they take this all the way to trial in August, he will IMO not show them any mercy. But we will see.

Hope you hang in there with at least a small portion of your portfolio, but I understand if it's just too hard for you to ride this ride. It's definitely not for the faint of heart.

oh... and I don't have specific "expectations" about the PPS, but it seems the word being floated is not to expect more than 50 cents per share, and most likely 30/35 cents. But I really think our negotiators will do their job and get the largest settlement they can... not for my sake, but because it's logical for them to do so.

In my opinion, they deserve at least $1/share. That's all they asked for in the beginning when there were half as many shares outstanding. The only reason they've had to issue so many more shares is to pay for this long battle with the accused infringers, so in my opinion, THEY should be the ones to pay for those extra shares.

We'll see what the negotiators are able to do.
