What a completely stupid concept. An INTELLIGENT shareholder would not only want to know, but DEMAND to know details. A reputable company would not only want to provide details but feel obligated to inform their shareholders.
There is no “acquisition” of a business. That phraseology leads me to believe the company is TRYING to mislead investors and sucker new investors in. The company has no money to “acquire” ANYTHING - except maybe, MAYBE, another glass of champagne for Reggie and Linda as they snuggle.
