I am certainly guilty of dealing with legitimate companies that do inform their shareholders and customers that they have in fact or are planning to move. Shame on me actually thinking SHMP is capable of such moves.
But we should address the renovations to test kitchen they announced as lost expenses.
I was so looking forward to fresh never frozen seafood coming out of that old rusted walk-in cooler. Or was that a walk in freezer. Who knows ?
Who knows anything since the only information SHMP has shares is the lease that runs through 2027 (?) and nothing further about the terms of the sublease has been publicly disclosed, as far as I know.
