Clearly you are a paid for promoter. EMGE is a scam co. Co cant even file a 10Q. They have a history of putting out PR and nothing ever comes to reality. Boustead Securities doing a roll up...what happened to that? 2or 3 bs acquisitions they noted that would give them rev and make them profitable....nada.

Company using penny stock brokerage Garden State Securities and their head banker to raise funds. Garden State has a history of raising money for co's no one else will touch.....look at their website for deals they have done...most go to zero. BTW, EMGE is down over 95%. Zimblers other publicly controlled co CNGT, Cannagistics....down 99.9%!!!! He is a penny stock scam artist!
