Veracity test, plain and simple. In this case, the explanation provided by SHMP isn’t proven, but is certainly plausible. That doesn’t happen very often with SHMP, so kudos to SHMP.

I need a class please. How is it that this never goes under a penny, even when the daily 1 million plus shares are sold, almost as clockwork. How does that happen in an open market ?

What forces have to be at play to keep it above .01 or does OTCN or GTSM continue to sell unlimited shares above a penny ?

I cannot believe there is any demand for these shares at these prices, certainly when purchased in blocks over a million shares.

I am of the opinion the bottom falls out once it goes under a penny.
