At 1's 2's and flat lining, there's no price action on the chart to analyze, but Volume B4 price applies here, and if you all recall no news no tweet tickers like that China Electric Car Co went from 1's to like 76 in 2021...so anything can and will happen in this new 2024 OTC melt up, the Chartmaster 3 year OTC Cycle is right on time, actually delayed by about 3 weeks imo, but Feb is going to set OTC records imo!
