So while the repurchased shares aren't "officially" canceled off the OS, they might as well be,.... for Deng IS NOT going to dilute his own shares & equity. My thinking is the investors want them in a safe hold for better leverage in the future.

Now a number of peeps, (I included) are a little pissed off since the MASIVE reduction of the OS was/still is the play here for the most part. That alone would be the holy grail of OTC YET, the repurchase of shares IS still in play AND,
