Anyone else notice how ANAS has been protecting their unrestricted share count (float) for so long? I have never seen any OTC company have such a micro unrestricted share count (float) for so many years. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ANAS/security

Can any of the no proof scam theory promoters help us understand why they are so greedy with allowing shares to make their way into the market when their share structure is already super light and about 90% of their micro O/S is still restricted when most of those shares have been restricted for many years now?
