I'll lay it out for the simpletons who don't understand:

The COMPANY has to understand the science. not the investor.

The INVESTOR needs to understand the CREDIBILITY OF THE COMPANY, and the CONDITIONS WITHIN THE MARKETPLACE.

If the company repeatedly fails to do what they say they will do they have no credibility. If they fail to keep shareholders informed as to why they miss their goals, they have even LESS credibility.

If they company takes more money than they should - you know things like over 5 freakin MILLION dollars in cash with nothing concrete to show for it - then that adds to the suspicion of the company's credibility.

Finally, if NOBODY who's anybody external to the company provides a validation of the company's own projections and nobody is talking about likely near term success - and the stock price continues to fall over time - those are pretty damn good signs that the CONDITIONS WITHIN THE MARKETPLACE for their product are not very conducive to the hoped-for success.

CONCLUSION: Anyone who ignores these obvious issues is not a true investor. He or she is a gambler.

February is either PUNISHMENT or REDEMPTION month. Pay very close attention.
