As mentioned, I'll address all the details in part 2. Frankly speaking, most of the individuals associated with unethical practices in the previous board of directors are no longer present. All members from the previous board of directors have departed, with James Zimbler being the sole remaining individual. He no longer serves as the CEO but holds the positions of director, CFO, and temporarily acts as interim CEO. He's no longer control of the company I will provide full details on that as well.
