Wrong again! Where is that law school learning you claim to have?; ). There was a recommendation to uphold a motion to dismiss unless other arguments could be made to reverse that recommendation. Those arguments have been submitted and now the judge decides. Your arguments are like sliced Swiss cheese. Anyone with eyes to see can see right through them and makes for terrible FUD.
