This is IN ADDITION to the 465 mil that Deng bought back. Private transaction to buy these shares direct from 6 shareholders. He can retire 510 mil total now if he chooses. Think he is doing the retirement in 250 mil blocks

Nah this is just the cancellation of 45 mil shares. Not 250 mil.
