Chris, I agree 100%.

Failure is not whether or not a company hit all endpoints exactly. It is whether or not the FDA, the key opinion leaders and the patients/care givers believe that there is enough benefit to the patients to warrant approval. This is exactly what happened with Sarapta. The trial is a failure when the FDA says it is in the USA.

So if a NDA is never filed with the FDA, the trial can still be deemed by many folks here to be a success?
