With roughly 65M shares outstanding and let us assume they get 2B cash for their share of the 2.5% of something then kick in a very low 12 multiple and see what a HUGE COOP stock price will be. Then the investors will understand why they have constantly kept COOP very low over the years and in my view, this is because there are more shares to be dispersed to those investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012.
There is NO WAY the Big Money Players will let COOP hit their high value before this happens!!! They do NOT GIVE MONEY TO RETAIL and if you do not believe me then watch what happens whenever this moves forward.
Oh, does ANYONE believe COOP could not have monetized XOME YET after they have discussed for many years about this monetization? My view is COOP does NOT own XOME in total, so they must wait until given the OK to move ahead.
