Yes flipper, UK has invested in it. One thing (you forgot) to add is the UK govt either subsidized in some form or helped funding building some portion of the Sawston facility or some tax exempt which I don’t remember. Note LP didn’t want to file the MAA until she is sure it is 100% approvable. The things you listed made sure LP file the MAA finally, imo.
