well, when you do, it would be much appreciated, but I suspect no such document exists. It surprises me just how many seemingly smart investors make things up just to fit their narrative...bears AND bulls. Facts matter to me, and it should for everyone else.

Extended label and off label are the same thing. Your using word salad. And most of the time its not even covered by insurance and in some global jurisdictions, is illegal. If you are factoring off/extended label use in your investment thesis on NWBO, you are not as smart as I originally gave you credit for. There will be very little if any off-label use for years. Period.
