Lew- not necessarily. We could easily be bought and left to operate in place and not integrated into the buyer’s real estate- I see it all the time. With all the human talent to make the Perk and R&D I’d think the risk of losing people by making them move vs. letting lwlg run in CO would be too big. If a move were to happen I would think it would be over quite a long time, IMO. But who knows. All speculation until the facts happen.

What I can calculate from your predictions, SP can easily reach 500+usd in 2030. So any buyout around 38 or around is as you call it a poisonpil. Nice profit but only a fraction of the possibly gains as stand-alone
