yes yes yes the hedgies. Again if you think that more investors want to (short) sell NWBO at Nasdaq than there are institutions that want to buy (banks/ bio tech equity fund and let's not forget retail that have at present no OTC access) then you should sell today.

Another reason you should sell today: You think NWBO after UK approval is the same NWBO when they were demoted to the OTC in 2017

You are right that without definitive good news , which at this point can only be Approval/Partnership (with large amount of upfront money )/ BO( in which case argument will be moot) , SP will be shot right back down .
But I believe the OP meant RS after good news so that institutions can buy in right after good news . If we still remain on OTC and institutions / big guys don’t get involved , whatever spike is expected will be stunted and not very long lived although our floor will get higher , in my opinion
