Yes...management controls the company. And that's why SHMP is dancing with $0.001 per share. Management is awful. Practically every decision they've made has been bad for SHMP (but in many cases, good for management).
And let's not forget the reason why. SHMP management granted themselves preferred shares that gave them de facto voting control, even though over 90% of the common shares are on the Street.
