Is the combo trial using the patents owned by NWBO? The answer is yes. Then LP must give a nod before the trial can be started.
LP first signed a combo trial deal with Merck on colorectal cancer. Then LP had another trial on rGBM with BMY which was later replaced with the current combo trial. But NWBO was not listed in the combo trial. Would LP as a great deal maker have a deal like this without some kind of guarantee?
