I would never say or predict that a clinical trial outcome would be a slam dunk.

Just as Kaufman pointed out, a 1:1 dose/placebo arms might have been better and thus would required a larger n in fact the size of the Lavender trial.

I do think chances would have better giving more separation between drug and placebo.
