Since FORW doesn't conduct any business, the S-1 isn't that complex.

The first SEC comments are usually within 30 days of filing.

The S-1 was filed on 12/19/2023 - so it has been over a month and still no comments.

Will Sharp withdraw the S-1 like he did with the Form 10 for GVSI?

Why don't you ask Sharp when he expects the initial SEC comments?

It seems most shareholders are scared to ask Sharp anything.
