The Kings / MtheMovement deal is dead. They kicked KBLB to the curb (as did SSM Industries, Warwick Mills, the Army, Polartec, etc).

First, KBLB never received the $250,000 initial payment (which was announced 3 years ago), and the payment was NEVER tied to a delivery. It was a pre-payment.

"Upon commencement, and as consideration for the exclusive sales agreement, MK will issue to KBLB a prepayment of $250,000 to be credited to the first shipment of spidersilk thread."

Second, Kings removed KBLB from their website.

Third, MtheMovement has moved on and partnered with others.

Finally, there are less than 10 months left on the contract 4 year contract.

It's time for the douchebag to come up with another set of lies.....

Ben told me that it was waived because Kings had spent so much time and money on product development. Was it a permanent waive? You could be right.

The problem was owned by KBLB, who brought in the expert(s), and we got the thread/textiles we need to accomplish Spydasilks goals. We'll see.
