You realize everything outlined constitutes your OPINION regarding the Kings deal?

You say the deal is dead, the company says it’s not.

Who should we believe, a known basher without skin in the game (other than financial compensation for ragging on the company) or the company itself?

Hmmm, this is a tough one.

For now I think I’ll go with.. WRONG AGAIN!

You also seem to have forgotten this from the March 30, 2023 release:

“Kraig Labs and our partner Kings Group have intentionally slowed down the marketing and launch of the SpydaSilk, the website, and its social media presence, to align with the future release of the brand’s first products.”

Now, again, who should we believe?

Tough one…

The Agreement has a 60-month term, which can be terminated at any time by mutual agreement following a consultation period of 120 days, or such other period as agreed by the parties. If applicable, the parties will honor their share of committed expenditures of the joint venture and King will repay the Company any unused brand funds.

Aside from MrAce pointing out math isn't your strength, as 60 months is 5 years, we've all observed your lack of care when making shit up. But, if you're going to continue touting yourself as some sort of "authority" when it comes to KBLB, try not making the negative manipulations so blatantly obvious. Jeesh.

Time for the douchebag basher (Kingpin of the Maytag Muppets) to come up with another set of lies...

Wash, rinse, repeat...

None of that matters. The SPA is for 60 months. The contract won’t expire til November 2025. Backing out of the agreement requires written notification by one party to the other and would be a material event that would be filed with the SEC.

Kings still in play according to the paperwork filed with the SEC.

I wish the agreement were dead. I want KBLB out of the business of developing anything other than DS.
