My recipe is simple, but the procedure is most important.

3 1/2 cups AP flour.
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs beaten
2 tbsp aprox water

This link below has the method. As it says, many things can vary. Humidity, egg size and type of flour will determine the water needed, but 2 tbsp has always worked for me.
