We have been told over and over again that the company PRs are the ONLY way to know the real "truth" about KBLB.
OK, well, let's take a look at that so-called "truth" from some of KBLB's PRs over the years:
- How about the PR that (falsely) stated that they were going to make their 1st delivery around Oct 16, 2022?
"Jul 18, 2022 - The contractor is in possession of the Company’s specialized eggs and anticipates a 90-day ramp-up for the first deliveries under the contract."
- How about the PRs that (falsely) claimed that they were going to deliver shootpacks and 100 kgs of custom spidersilk to the Army, and then never delivered anything promised?
- How about the PR that (falsely) claimed that they would be "featured" in a French documentary on combating terrorism in Fall 2019 (but they never were)?
"May 13, 2019 - Kraig Biocraft Laboratories To Be Featured In Upcoming Documentary Series On Combating Terrorism"
- How about the PRs that (falsely) stated that they would be seating new (independent) board members by the end of 2019 (but never did)?
"Sep 25, 2019 - Over the last two weeks the Company announced the selections of three new independent directors scheduled to join the Company’s board during the fourth quarter, including Mr. Anurag Gupta, Ms. Julie Bishop, and Mr. Greg Scheessele."
- How about the PR that (falsely) claimed that they would be producing over 8 metric tons in 2020?
"Oct 28, 2019 - The Company expects that its factory will have capacity to produce more than 8 metric tons of its specialized silk in 2020, with a total capacity of roughly 40 metric tons per year, once fully utilized."
- How about the PR that (falsely) stated that they were going to receive $250K in 2021?
"Nov 23, 2020 - "Upon commencement, and as consideration for the exclusive sales agreement, MK will issue to KBLB a prepayment of $250,000 to be credited to the first shipment of spidersilk thread.”
"Jan 26, 2021 - "Under the terms of this agreement, Kraig Labs granted the joint venture and the SpydaSilk brand an exclusive geographic license to all Kraig Lab technologies for the ASEAN region, in exchange for a 4 year firm commitment to purchase up to $32 million, with an additional projected purchase of $8 million, of Kraig Labs’ raw recombinant spider silk, with an initial payment of $250,000."
