The stock only has restricted BUYING in the US because brokers have collectively decided not to permit buying despite no legal or regulatory obligation to put this restriction in place. Brokers are still executing sell orders with glee. You can't call a stock illiquid just because brokers in one country are refusing to execute buy orders. My god you are dumb.
