lol. Dear hater, Do u honestly think that anyone would care if he had to do a r/s from .25 or .50 to get on the NYSE? U do know that a r/s like that would not hinder the stock, right?

PS, he did not say that he could not afford to modify the articles to reduce the a/s. He just didn't see a benefit in spending that amount of the company $. U do know that ABQQ is an SEC filer, right? Dilution would be known before it happens
