Well then I guess they screwed Vitol, Mitsui, and Devon who all invested in them. I think Devon is the hang up with the 3rd ship, unless the HOA doesn’t need to be converted to a SPA. Either that or some other deal that’s hanging it up, but they don’t have much time before June. The DOE didn’t care about Lake Charles’ excuses and Delfin already promised the feds October. I’m estimating one more deal announcement before April with an update on FID. They just signed 2 SPAs with Gunvor. I think they have confidence in the project
