Congrats on the cyst healing. Hope your foot is doing better. I myself, just got out of the hospital yesterday. Total shoulder reverse replacement. I'm bionic now. Unfortunately I didn't have Doctor Rudy Wells operating on me, so I won't be able to lift a car engine with one arm ( or fight a giant robot Bigfoot) lol
It's my left shoulder, and I'm left-handed. Which makes for fun times wiping my ass lol.
I was hoping, they were going to do an "anatomic" total shoulder replacement, ( where they just cut off the ball (humeral head) and replace it, but my socket joint was so worn down so severely, probably from heavy weightlifting over the years since the 80s, that they had to do a reverse. That means I won't have range of motion reaching way behind me, up my back, but that's OK here's my new shoulder😃
