A scam is saying something that is not necessarily true to trick someone. Do you think that Shmp has always told the truth, 100% of the time? The disclaimers don’t help erase not telling the truth. But lawyers will often sue because they can extract huge fees for a long time out of both parties and both lawyers win and both parties lose.
