$TSOI's board of directors has given the green light for dividend distribution from its subsidiary, Campbell Neuro Sciences Inc (CNSI). However, to bask in the dividend glory, we need to provide the relevant info to the transfer agent so they can work their magic and deliver those dividends straight into our trading accounts.

Now, word on the street is that approximately 40% of the 3.8 billion outstanding shares have chosen to play hard to get with dividends. Whispers suggest that these elusive shares, the ones who skipped the dividend party, might have fallen into the clutches of market manipulators using all sorts of illegal and shady tactics. Some are even proposing to hit the cancel button on these shares.

Are those shady individuals/corporations who did not opt for dividends in CNSI, camera shy ? Time Shall tell!
